The cost of a DocDirectly visit varies, depending on if you are a new patient versus an existing patient and services. We do not accept any type of insurance; however, medical insurance will be helping with the cost of the medicines at the pharmacy as well as knowing for the provider if you have coverage when prescribing medicines.
Docdirectly is committed to protecting the privacy of every individual who uses our services. We comply with all relevant state, national and international laws and regulations, including the U.S. Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996, known as HIPAA. Unless permitted or required by law, your medical information will not be shared without your consent. On occasion, we may use de-identified information to help us improve our clinical programs.
